How much does it cost to go through the haunted house?

A general admission ticket is $10.

No. We do not accept checks or credit cards. Cash only.

Where can I park?
A:
There is plenty of parking on the streets surrounding the Fright Factory building.

How long is the wait after I buy a ticket?
A:
The wait time varies depending on how busy we are, but should be no more than 30-45 minutes.

Is the waiting area inside or outside?
A:
The waiting area is inside. Purchase tickets at the door and proceed to the waiting line.
   
Q:
Is there a way to be able to go to the front of the line?
A:
Yes, you can purchase a "Fast Fright" pass for $15 and go straight to the front of the line.
   
Q:
If I buy a ticket and decide not to go through, can I get a refund?
A:
No. We do not offer refunds. Decide before you purchase a ticket.

Do you offer group discounts?
A:
No. We do not offer group discounts.

How late do you sell tickets?
A:
We sell tickets right up to the times indicated on the schedule.

How many people can be in one group going through the haunted house?
A:
Ideally, no more than six. You will be asked to split into two groups if you have more than eight people.

Is it scarey?
A:
Yes, of course it is. It's a haunted house intended for teenagers and young adults.
   
Q:
Will the "monsters" touch me?
A:
No. The "monsters" are not supposed to touch you, but it's dark and difficult to see with a mask on.

Are there any slides, uneven floors, or crawl spaces?
A:
There may be uneven floors and crawl spaces, but no slides.

Do you spray water or use fog machines?
A:
We occasionally spray a mist of water in some areas and use fog machines in others.
   
Q:
Do you allow the use of flashlights or cell phone lights?
A:
No, but we do have lights on for the matinee session.

Do you have emergency exits?
A:
Yes. The emergency exits are all marked and illuminated.

What happens if I decide I want out after entering?
A:
Let one of the "monsters" know and you will be escorted out.

Do you have a lost and found?
A:
Yes. The lost and found is at the ticket sales counter. Send email if after hours.

Is the haunted house handicap accessible?
A:
Regrettably, no, it is not handicap accessible because the haunted house is on the second floor.

Do you monitor the haunted house with cameras?
A:
Yes. There are several closed-circuit cameras for monitoring flow and for security reasons.

Does the haunted house meet fire code standards?
A:
Yes. We have a fire code inspection annually upon completing our setup.

If I have a problem or would like to report something, with whom should I talk?
A:
Ask the person at the exit or at the ticket counter to speak with the person in charge.

Are refreshments and snacks available for purchase?
A:
Yes. We offer soda, water, candy, and popcorn for purchase.

Yes. There are portable toilets just outside the entrance to the building.
